Capstone concentrated on providing affordable housing across a range of living options. This unique gated college housing community located in New York’s Upper West Side, Harlem, will be shared by the undergraduates, graduate students, faculty, and administration. The mid-rise building of six, eight, and ten floors in three connected structures includes a combination of shared and private bedroom suites, each with kitchenette and dining/study areas.
